SCALE RCM is turning our practice around!  We were inundated with confusion and loss of revenue with a prior billing company, and very shortly after starting, SCALE RCM came in and recognized the problem, reorganized our system, and now we are seeing the benefits of steady, consistent billing.  My front-desk staff at my office is likewise happy because they are able to provide accurate information to patients with questions.  They are also helping us with compliance, coding, and will help us expand through the years.
