SCALE was engaged by a middle market private equity firm (over $1B in committed capital) to assess and develop a template internal marketing and cultural engagement & development program across select portfolio companies. The process included (i) an assessment report summarizing key takeaways across PortCos individually and collectively, (ii) recommendations for augmenting PortCos internal marketing and cultural engagement & development programs, and (iii) a ninety (90) minute workshop session including leadership from PortCos to review and discuss the report and recommendations.
