Steve Meehan is Financial Services & Life Sciences Management Professional with 25 years of financial and operational leadership experience spanning corporate strategy, M&A, capital raising, and FP&A. Steven has been the global head of life science investment banking groups at multiple investment banks. In addition, he has been a CFO of a publicly traded life science company where he assisted in developing a drug from the lab to FDA approval and the subsequent sale for $2 billion to a pharmaceutical company. His responsibilities included Finance/Accounting, IT, IR, M&A/Licensing, FP&A, and Commercial Operations (including helping to build a sales force and CMC/manufacturing infrastructure). In addition, he has served on several healthcare boards of directors and advisors.

Steven’s blended experience as a trusted advisor and chief financial and operating officer gives him a unique perspective to develop and implement effective financial and operational strategies for life science companies. Having performed financial analyses and due diligence on hundreds of transactions gives Steve valuable insights to assist executive management in implementing their strategic vision while optimizing their business performance.
